EasyDrugs is free to use. Think of us as your traditional walk in pharmacy without the hassle of commuting and waiting in line. It is free to sign up and we offer no-fee shipping across Canada.

Yes. We work closely with all major health benefit plans and insurance providers and bill them directly for your coverage. Please contact us directly if you have specific questions in relation to your plan provider.

We have created an easy process for getting your prescription filled with us.

If you have a new prescription, you can have your doctors office fax it directly to us at 1-800-849-6813 or it can be sent to our email info@easydrugs.com. If you have a paper copy of your prescription, you can use our EasyDrugs app to take a picture of it with your phone and upload it to your profile, or your computer can also be used to upload a photo or scanned copy of it.

If you would like to transfer an existing prescription you can request a transfer from your profile. Please sign-up or sign in to the EasyDrugs app to get started.

We consider customer privacy and protection of personal information to be one of our top priorities. We do not share or sell any of our customers’ information to third party organizations and all of our data is encrypted and secured.

Pharmacist consultation is provided through email, live chat, text or phone call. Customers can choose the means of consultation to best suit their needs and level of urgency. If you are experiencing a medical emergency please dial 9-1-1.

If you have expired or unused medications please contact us for a free medication disposal kit and return your items to our pharmacy for safe disposal.

Non-Prescription items have a return window of 60 days. This includes items such as vitamins, supplements, over the counter drugs, personal care products and health care devices. These products can only be returned if in unopened and new condition, opened or damaged products can’t be returned.

For prescription medicines, in the purview of legal restrictions, you will not be able to return prescriptions medications purchased from easydrugs.ca. In case the item received was already damaged or defective, contact the pharmacy directly for assistance.
